PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Annual Election of the East Fishkill Fire District will take place on December 9th, 2025, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the East Fishkill Fire District Headquarters, located at 2502 State Route 52, Hopewell Junction, New
York, for the purpose of electing one (1) Commissioner for a 5-year term, commencing on
January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2030. All voters registered with the Dutchess County Board of Elections for the East Fishkill Fire District on or before November 19, 2025 shall be eligible to vote. Candidates for the District Office shall have their names filed in petition form, signed by twenty five qualified voters or the district, with the Secretary of the East Fishkill Fire District, at the EF Fire District Headquarters, located at 2502 Route 52, Hopewell Junction, NY, no later than twenty days before the election, November 19, 2025 at 12 Noon.
