Today, our Fire District hosted its Annual Open House for community residents and their children, featuring live fire and extrication demonstrations, fire investigation, EMS, touch-a-truck, fire safety and prevention, car seat installations, public safety, and a special appearance by Sparky the Dog.

The event was extremely well-attended, and we extend our gratitude to the community members and their children for their support. We would also like to express our appreciation to the EFPD, NYSP, Empress Ambulance, NYS Forest Rangers and Smokey, and the other participating organizations that showcased their equipment.

Lastly, we thank the Fire Prevention committee, our Chiefs, officers, fire police, support staff, and all members for their tireless efforts in making this event a resounding success. Special thanks to our mutual aid partners that provided coverage for us during the event.
