Tractor trailer vs car MVA I-84

At 23:22 hours on June 19, 2017 E.F.F.D. along with Mobile Life Support Services were dispatched for a tractor trailer vs car MVA with rollover on I-84 east bound at mm 55.32. Upon arrival of the fire units it was discovered that it was not a rollover and the driver of the car was out of the vehicle and uninjured. 39-12 & 97 remained on scene for traffic control and hazard mitigation until the vehicle was removed from the guard rail by the tow company.
